Mark Fowler, Managing Partner

After studies in business management at Arizona State University in 1983, Mark chose to follow in the family trade of residential development. His deep commitment to his craft soon brought him work on numerous high-end residential development and golf oriented master planned communities in some of the most desirable locations including New Jersey, Scottsdale and Sedona, Arizona, the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County, California.

For the past three years while working on multi million-dollar estates, Mark has coupled this work with a consulting practice for international real estate development projects. His international experience has made him realize the tremendous potential in emerging real estate markets and the growing demand for leadership in the third world. Mark’s commitment to pure architectural expression, using the most rigorous and precise construction practices, is the driving impetus of the company he leads, Architectural Construction Management.

Steve Carlson, Partner

With an education in architecture and commercial plumbing, Steve managed large commercial plumbing projects for more than 20 years, such as, Kaiser Hospital Anaheim, Sand Canyon and Ontario as well as numerous restaurants and laboratories in Southern California.

Steve also has an education and passion for health & wellness. In 2015, he founded WealtH2O, a company devoted to educating people on the importance of proper hydration and optimal health through Ionization. He now manages a team of over 500 representatives all over the US and 6 other countries around the world.

Ezra Leyton, Partner

With more than fifteen years of portfolio asset management experience, Ezra Leyton has engineered, developed and pioneered processes and procedures for loss mitigation, default loan servicing and forensics; real estate valuations, analytics and sales; and strategic client engagement, resolution and commitment. Ezra has successfully managed teams of asset managers servicing multi-billion dollar portfolios of residential real estate properties. His previous clients include Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, UBS, Angelo Gordon, Pretium Partners, Citi, Nationstar and Wells Fargo.
